About The Position

Atlantic Health is seeking a Techno Functional Web & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital analytics efforts focused on web performance, consumer behavior, and campaign optimization. This role is pivotal in driving data-informed decisions across marketing, product, and consumer experience teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in web and consumer experience analytics and possess the technical fluency to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal partners. Web & Consumer Experience Analytics Lead web analytics strategy to uncover insights into consumer behavior, digital journeys, and campaign performance. Monitor site performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics to inform optimization efforts. Translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing and product teams. Ensure tagging, QA, and reporting standards are consistently applied across platforms (e.g., GA4, GTM). Team Leadership & Enablement Manage and mentor one direct report (digital analyst). Provide dotted-line leadership to cross-functional internal teams and vendor resources. Foster a culture of rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement. Build scalable workflows for self-serve ad hoc analysis, recurring reporting, and campaign measurement. Technical Collaboration & Vendor Oversight Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and external vendors to ensure analytics solutions meet business needs. Challenge, shape, and validate vendor-recommended & delivered solutions Maintain a library of reusable dashboards, queries, and reporting templates. Innovation & Optimization Evaluate and implement emerging tools and methodologies (e.g., AI/ML, dbt). Champion automation of manual reporting tasks to enable self-serve analytics. Drive continuous improvement in reporting latency, accuracy, and usability.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in GA4, Power BI, SQL, Looker / Looker Studio, Google Search Console, and web analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of consumer journey analysis and campaign performance measurement.
  • Experience integrating & consolidating data from multiple sources (CRM, EHR, media platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, BigQuery, and dbt.
  • Familiarity with tagging frameworks (GTM, Adobe Launch) and digital privacy regulation to ensure HIPAA compliance in digital tracking
  • Background in healthcare or other regulated industries.
