As a key member of the Bracing & Supports Marketing team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: This hands-on role drives analytics and insights across B2C ecommerce channels (direct-to-consumer website and Amazon marketplace) and B2B lead generation programs, with the objective of accelerating customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. A key contributor within the Digital team, this role provides visibility into integrated campaign performance, ecommerce funnel metrics, and lead generation effectiveness to improve ROI, marketing efficiency, and inform investment decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience in digital analytics, preferably with exposure to ecommerce and/or B2B marketing.
  • Experience with SQL, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics, Snowflake, or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time; both domestic and international travel is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
  • Prior MedTech, healthcare, or regulated industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Measurement & Optimization Define and track KPIs across ecommerce (traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, CLV) and B2B lead gen (MQL, SQL, pipeline velocity, cost per lead).
  • Build and manage operational dashboards that provide end-to-end visibility into ecommerce and lead funnel performance.
  • Identify optimization opportunities across campaigns, product listings, and lead gen tactics.
  • Advanced Analytics & Insights Move beyond descriptive reporting to deliver diagnostic and prescriptive insights: what happened, why it happened, and what should be done next.
  • Conduct attribution and media mix modeling to maximize marketing ROI across paid search, display, social, affiliate, and Amazon ads.
  • Forecast ecommerce demand and lead generation performance to ensure margin and growth targets are met.
  • Consumer & Market Intelligence Drive insights into consumer behavior, segmentation, and journey mapping for ecommerce buyers.
  • Analyze B2B buyer personas, content engagement, and conversion paths to inform lead nurturing strategies.
  • Design and execute consumer and prospect data acquisition through surveys, focus groups, and digital feedback loops.
  • Omnichannel Campaign Support Provide analytics to inform content marketing, SEO, paid media, and email automation strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to create cohesive omnichannel experiences that increase ecommerce conversion and B2B lead quality.
  • Define metrics to measure effectiveness of external partnerships (e.g., Amazon resellers, distribution partners, B2B channel alliances).
