The Opportunity This role exists to lead marketing initiatives to improve Gross Revenue Retention by ensuring customers understand, adopt, and consistently realize the value from Property Meld. As Manager of Customer and Product Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of customer experience, product strategy, and go-to-market execution. You will run marketing programs to support long-term customer retention from onboarding to renewals. This is a high-visibility role that will work closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue Marketing.
