We are currently looking for a Manager of Client Strategy to add to our dynamic team. As a Manager of Client Strategy you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key client relationships. This position requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly wear multiple hats, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and can communicate effectively at all levels within an organization. Reporting directly to the Head of UCAN, you will take full ownership of the prepaid program for select TDS client(s), acting as an extension of their team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and securing channel distribution (both physical and digital) in alignment with the client’s strategy across existing markets, as well as leading new market launches. In this role, you will also be responsible for negotiating, implementing, and managing marketing initiatives in line with client requirements and pre-approved budgets. A key aspect of your work will involve analyzing and reporting on the performance of retail marketing activities, providing strategic recommendations to optimize impact and maximize ROI. To succeed, you must thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and proactively. Your focus will be on ensuring the client’s best interests and commercial objectives are consistently met and exceeded.
