Plans, manages, organizes, and controls the activities of the Building Maintenance Department. Serves as lead in managing efficient preventive and corrective maintenance programs for Building Maintenance equipment. Implements projects to ensure cost savings and ensure building-related equipment is properly maintained to support the treatment plants, EMSC, GJM and other District facilities. Maintains good working relationships with internal departments. Performs other duties of a similar nature as may be required.
