Job Summary: The HOA Property Maintenance Manager is a senior-level engineering professional responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HOA maintenance department. This includes project management, staff supervision, budget control, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role leads the maintenance team in completing work orders and projects on time and within budget while maintaining strict safety standards across all operations. The position oversees all property engineering and maintenance operations, including supervision of maintenance technicians and grounds staff. The ideal candidate understands brand standards, the importance of resident and employee satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable industry, federal, state, and local codes.
