Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and hospitality-driven Manager of Break Room Services to oversee a high-volume retail grab-and-go market and coffee service operation within the Uber Freight office. This role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience through outstanding service, fresh product presentation, inventory management, and smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail food service, café operations, or corporate dining environments and possess strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail and/or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the grab-and-go retail market and coffee service
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards are maintained
  • Manage inventory, ordering, merchandising, and product replenishment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and guests
  • Supervise and support team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
