This role bridges Brand strategy and execution, working with internal teams, agencies, and business partners to review work, provide guidance, and strengthen how the brand comes to life across channels. The ideal candidate brings strong creative judgment, visual and verbal fluency, and the ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback. They are comfortable evaluating a range of work, from design and content to campaign concepts, and helping teams create work that is both effective and distinctly Schwab. Success in this role requires understanding how brands are built over time. It means balancing audience needs and business goals with thoughtful creative expression while ensuring every interaction reinforces trust, consistency, and long-term brand equity.
