About The Position

Person Driven Clinical Solutions (PDCS) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Manager of Behavioral Supports to lead a team of behavioral health professionals while providing clinical oversight and guidance for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about mentorship, quality improvement, and helping individuals achieve positive outcomes through evidence-based and person-directed supports. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Human Services or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Staff Support Coordinator or Behavioral Support Specialist within PDCS or a similar setting
  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavior support plans
  • Valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and reliable transportation
  • Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills

  • Experience with staff supervision and performance management
  • Experience with program oversight, project management, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of Positive Approaches, Person-Centered Thinking, and Person Directed Framework practices
  • Experience implementing Practice Based Evidence and Outcome Research methodologies
  • Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight for Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs) and Restrictive Procedure Plans to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individual behavioral, emotional, and environmental support needs
  • Lead the development, review, and implementation of person-directed behavioral support plans
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing coaching to Staff Support Coordinators and Behavioral Support Specialists
  • Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with families, providers, support coordinators, and other stakeholders
  • Analyze behavioral data and clinical outcomes to guide treatment recommendations and service delivery improvements
  • Conduct quality reviews to ensure compliance with organizational standards and state regulations
  • Develop training opportunities and provide clinical education for employees and interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in leadership initiatives, policy development, and program improvement efforts
  • Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for individuals receiving services
