About The Position

ANAB is the largest multi-disciplinary accreditation body in North America with offices in Washington, D.C., and Fort Wayne, IN. We work with government regulators, top organizations, and industry leaders worldwide to play an important role in ensuring health and safety, protection of the environment and the quality of goods and services. We support the development of national and international policies and standards and conduct assessments to make sure our clients meet requirements and are competent to do their work. ANAB is a global leader in accreditation, known for professionalism, teamwork, and a reputation for precision and value. We are seeking a Manager of Accreditation with a strong technical background in telecommunications, including Federal Communications Commission (FCC) programs and multi-recognized economy agreements that establish the requirements for manufacturers of telecommunications and radio communication equipment used in the United States and abroad. You must have a strong background and direct experience in telecommunications, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), or related product certification experience. This role involves managing accreditation of certification schemes, client management, and conducting assessments of certification bodies against international standards. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of accreditation processes, supporting ANAB’s clients, and collaborating across industries and teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • 5+ years in conformity assessment, standardization, or quality assurance
  • Experience in project management and client support management.
  • A range of assessment (or auditing) experience.
  • Ability to lead teams and projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong keyboarding skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with accreditation programs, standards, and accredited conformity market landscape.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability under pressure.

Nice To Haves
