About The Position

This role supports the company’s accounting and financial planning for intangible assets across the enterprise. You’ll work across multiple finance and accounting areas, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and general accounting. You’ll partner with business and finance teams to analyze financial results related to intangible assets and amortization. The role also supports capital funding activities by reviewing and processing vendor invoices, supporting construction payments, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This position requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Support field teams by answering questions related to intangible asset and amortization reporting
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including Treasury, Tax, and auditors
• Support the month-end close by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and amortization variance analysis
• Provide analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making
• Partner with finance teams to deliver insights that support strategic decisions
• Review, approve, and process capital project invoices using the Tririga payment system
• Prepare manual payments and general ledger journal entries in SAP S/4
• Assist with project setup, contract vs. budget reviews, and project close-outs
• Prepare wire transfer documentation for land acquisitions, pharmacy acquisitions, and other vendor payments
• Respond to accounts payable and invoice-related inquiries
