About The Position
The manager is accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services. The manager is responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with Swedish Medical Center's mission, vision, and values. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: BSN from an accredited school of nursing, or ADN and a commitment to obtain a BSN within two years of hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 3 years of recent experience in a related clinical area of nursing.
- Must meet the criteria of a Registered Nurse.
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree: Nursing or a related field.
- 1 year of first-line management experience.
