About The Position

Manager Nursing - Medical Telemetry at Providence Medford Medical Center is a 1.0 FTE full time position working during weekdays and weekends on a day shift. This leadership role oversees a 28-bed inpatient medical telemetry unit that cares for a diverse population of patients, including those requiring respiratory support, dialysis, and complex medical care, with occasional medical-surgical overflow. The Nurse Manager leads approximately 75 caregivers and works in partnership with an Assistant Nurse Manager to support clinical excellence, caregiver engagement, and operational performance. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Oregon Registered Nurse License Upon hire
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association Upon hire
• 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Coursework/Training: Formal coursework in Management, Finance, and other administrative subjects
• National Certification from a recognized professional organization in a relevant field of clinical expertise Upon hire
• Management experience
