Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Superior organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding and interest in the sports sponsorship landscape, key industry players, market values and activation concepts
  • Ability to analyze SEC filings and company earnings reports in an efficient manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate to a wide range of audiences, both written and verbally
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Extremely proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Basic proficiency with Sales Force CRM
  • Highly responsive and accessible
  • Ability to work both collaboratively as well as autonomously
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate uncompromised judgment and discretion regarding interpersonal relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Sports Marketing and/or Sales preferred
  • Basic proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat Pro preferred

Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitors industry and business trade news to identify viable companies and brands that may or may not be a fit for Excel NIL talent, properties and brand marketing; key emerging categories; and any other relevant industry news and trends.
  • Manages the Name, Image, Likeness CRM with Salesforce, organizing, updating, and exporting sales pipelines in advance of weekly calls.
  • Communicates with members of the sales team to receive account updates.
  • Provides weekly internal activity reports.
  • Conducts day-to-day prospecting work for the NIL sales team.
  • Supports all sales efforts primarily outreach.
  • Develops strategic relationships in key areas.
  • Responsible for disseminating pertinent information to the group.
  • All other duties as assigned.
