Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives with tangible business results.
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • High ownership mindset with a track record of driving results independently.
  • Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or other complex regulated industries (direct experience not required).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the operating model for a national pharmacy network, including performance frameworks across cost, service, scalability, and risk.
  • Identify opportunities for structural improvements through analysis and drive executive-level business reviews focused on strategic optimization.
  • Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Product, Engineering, Revenue, Finance, Legal, and Patient Services to translate ambiguous challenges into actionable workstreams.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key pharmacy partners, elevating relationships from transactional to strategic and performance-oriented.
  • Build scalable governance mechanisms, SOPs, and playbooks to support onboarding, network expansion, and risk mitigation.
  • Continuously improve feedback loops between network performance and internal operations, ensuring measurable business impact.
