This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead critical external partnerships and shape the operational and strategic framework for a national healthcare network. Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • High ownership mindset and proactive approach to creating clarity and driving results.

  • Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or other complex regulated industries; direct industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the operating model and performance frameworks for a national pharmacy network, focusing on cost, service levels, scalability, and risk.
  • Identify structural improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis and lead executive-level business reviews.
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable plans with measurable impact for network strategy and partner operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Revenue, Finance, Legal, and Patient Services to drive complex initiatives from hypothesis to implementation.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key partners, elevating relationships from transactional to strategic, while balancing collaboration with performance accountability.
  • Build scalable mechanisms for SLA governance, risk mitigation, and escalation management, including playbooks and SOPs for growth without operational fragility.
  • Support new partner onboarding and continuously improve feedback loops between network performance and internal execution.
