Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or within a high-growth environment.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, executive-level narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive clarity.

  • Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated and complex industries; direct industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the operating model for a national partner network, defining performance frameworks across cost, service, scalability, and risk.
  • Lead data-driven performance analysis to identify structural improvements and translate insights into actionable strategic initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Revenue, and Operations teams to drive complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end.
  • Convert ambiguous business challenges into structured workstreams, from hypothesis development through implementation and measurement.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key partners, elevating relationships from transactional to strategic and performance-driven.
  • Lead executive-level business reviews, negotiations, and alignment efforts to optimize long-term partnerships.
  • Build scalable operating mechanisms, including SLAs, governance models, escalation processes, and onboarding frameworks.
