You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of associate recruiters and network specialists, ensuring the successful execution of local network strategies within an assigned territory. You will balance personal recruitment production with the coaching of team members to identify, source, and qualify high-quality healthcare providers. You will serve as a subject matter expert in lead generation and negotiation, while ensuring team data is accurately captured for compliance and expansion reporting. Additionally, you will act as the "super user" and technical lead for network development tools, overseeing their daily application to maximize team output and efficiency. You will report into the Senior Director, Network Development. Work Location: This is a remote position based in the field, open to candidates who reside: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas. Your daily work will involve a blend of work from your home office and frequent travel for client meetings. #LI-Remote Travel requirement up to 75% Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $100,602 - $132,040 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
