Requirements

  • 3 + years of related experience in area of professional responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Develop network layouts, ensure compliance, perform capacity planning and manage site equipment.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance to accommodate network growth and change, troubleshoot issues and analyze data and perform optimization and capacity management.
  • Finding, securing, and preparing locations for the installation of network infrastructure to include supplier, vendor and contract management with financial and budgetary oversight.
  • May work through property and tower owners, lawyers, municipalities, regulatory, environmental, compliance, and permitting authorities.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, employees, and/or contractors to implement SARCs on new or existing site builds for Macro, Small Cell, and In-Building locations.
  • Works with RAN & OSP teams to optimize new site within existing network.
  • Develop and manage complex technical project plans, quality management, and process improvements to continuously improve network performance and reliability.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, construction, implementation, and optimization of 5G and Fiber Network infrastructure.
  • Oversee the daily operations of their team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • This role focuses on immediate team management, task delegation, and the resolution of day-to-day issues.
  • Typically leads occupational staff within the organization.
  • Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action and promotional activity for subordinates.
