The The Team: The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team at Celonis serves as the strategic engine behind our Go-To-Market (GTM) success. By unifying revenue operations, analytics, and infrastructure into a single, simplified structure, the team creates the data-driven foundation necessary for scaling growth across the entire customer value chain. Operating at the vital intersection of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Compensation, RevOps champions an agile and collaborative approach to eliminate friction and drive alignment. Ultimately, the team is dedicated to building a consistent operational model that empowers our GTM teams to move with clarity, efficiency, and precision. The Role: Reporting into the VP of North America Revenue Strategy and Operations, you won’t just be watching the gears turn—you’ll be helping to build the machine. Based in our Raleigh hub, you will support the end-to-end operational strategy for one of our most critical markets. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll play a lead role partnering with multiple GTM functions to create a data driven and AI-native strategy to build our growth engine for scale in North America.
