The Multi-Unit Manager position will perform the following duties: Responsible for supervising multiple account sales representatives Obtains and maintains key account business directly or assisting other sales people in doing so. Coordinates all aspects necessary for meeting the needs of the key account (products, delivery schedules, reporting needs, communication needs, and new ideas). Determines pricing strategies at appropriate profit margin levels. Identifies opportunities for increased sales. Develops sales forecasts and set goals for key account activity. Prepares financial management reports on key accounts. Attains sales goals for key account business. Confers with customers to meet their needs which includes appraise, advise, inform, recommend, suggest, etc. Prepares detailed customer analysis.
