This role involves reviewing and approving technical reports and test results, ensuring lab equipment is maintained, calibrated, and operated safely, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges. The position also supports heat treatment processes and material property optimization, drives continuous improvement initiatives, ensures compliance with HSE and QA systems, and communicates project updates and milestones to leadership. Additionally, the role supports Grant Prideco's R&D strategy through innovation in materials and product performance, partners with operations to transition R&D developments into production, and drives alignment between R&D, quality, and manufacturing to improve overall product reliability and performance.
