About The Position

The Merchandising Manager for Apparel will lead the execution of seasonal product strategies, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives. This role acts as a key consumer advocate, refining assortments based on market trends and insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product creation and go-to-market strategies while analyzing business performance to optimize sales and margins. Additionally, you will mentor Associate and Assistant Merchandisers to ensure smooth execution of merchandising deliverables.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising in the footwear industry.
Strong understanding of market trends and consumer insights.
Proven ability to manage and execute seasonal line plans.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on business performance optimization.

Responsibilities

Mentor and guide Associate and Assistant Merchandisers, fostering skill development and ensuring smooth execution of merchandising deliverables.
