To manage, direct, implement and oversee Navy Federal's membership acquisition, engagement and retention strategies. Oversees the production and delivery of high-quality analyses that enable senior and executive leaders to better understand member demographics, behavior, trends, and make decisions to achieve strategic goals. Lead cross-organizational teams that facilitate the creation, launch and implementation of solutions to improve new member engagement, retention and satisfaction.
