Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in marketing operations, project management, or integrated campaign execution.
  • Strong proficiency with Monday.com or equivalent project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical, organized, and process-driven with a bias for action.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator who inspires accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing operations within Monday.com, including creating and maintaining standardized project templates, enforcing update discipline, and optimizing workflows for clarity and consistency across launches.
  • Own and maintain the master member marketing content calendar to align key messages, campaigns, and launch milestones.
  • Draft clear, effective, and timely communications for the field team to ensure successful rollout of campaigns, promotions, and operational updates.
  • Lead post-launch retrospectives, weekly sentiment tracking, and metrics analysis; consolidate findings into insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop weekly operations review decks highlighting key initiatives, performance updates, blockers, and next steps for leadership visibility.
  • Manage weekly status meetings and related communications; maintain agendas, track follow-ups, and ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability.
  • Create and update operational documentation for team workflows, campaign management, and best practices to drive scalability and efficiency.
  • Brief in content for internal and field newsletters, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing priorities.
