About The Position

CLEAR is seeking a data-driven Manager, Member Growth to help continue to build the future of CLEAR membership strategy covering acquisition through long-term retention. This role combines analytical rigor and operational execution to unlock growth, understand our members, and deliver measurable impact across CLEAR’s Membership base.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Growth, or Business Operations, ideally within consumer tech, travel, financial services, or subscription businesses
  • Deep analytical fluency; able to structure complex problems, analyze data, and drive insight-based decision-making
  • Proven track record of turning strategy into execution with measurable business impact
  • Excellent cross-functional and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete data, and iterating as needed

Responsibilities

  • Continuously build the reporting capabilities around usage and retention to help stakeholders and leaders understand retention
  • Segment and assess key member cohorts using quantitative and qualitative insights to improve conversion, usage, and retention across these segments
  • Test and pilot new growth and retention strategies across segments including pricing and plan structure, balancing speed and rigor
  • Dive into the data on the behavior of CLEAR’s Members, helping us understand how to improve performance with a data-driven approach that scales
