The Member Firm Experience (MFE) team is responsible for planning and implementing conferences, events, and other industry education initiatives focused on rules, key topics, and FINRA initiatives. The team aims to provide opportunities for the industry to network with peers and FINRA staff. The Manager, Member Firm Experience will oversee FINRA’s educational programming, including defining, developing, and executing the MFE strategic educational plan. This involves managing the development of content for FINRA educational offerings to meet the needs of specific audiences and programs. Key activities include analyzing needs and topics, writing content and learning objectives, structuring information logically, drafting content, managing course edits and updates, and confirming content accuracy and validity by leveraging subject matter experts.
