The Manager, Member Engagement, DBD is responsible for managing member relations, performance, and growth within the Decorative Brands Division. This role serves as the primary member relations resource for the division, focusing on member adoption of AD Supplier Partners, successful onboarding of new members, and supporting divisional executives in managing the division’s network infrastructure. The Manager acts as a member advocate, developing and maintaining strong relationships with members, driving engagement with AD programs, and implementing processes and metrics that enhance reach and effectiveness through technology and structured communication. Business development is also a key component, including recruiting new members and supporting existing members in maximizing purchases with AD Supplier Partners.
