This position is located in Encinitas. The Manager, Medical Staff role is eligible to participate in the Management Incentive Plan. The role will drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement in medical staff credentialing processes across assigned sites, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution. It involves partnering with centralized credentialing teams to align workflows, promote standardized practices, and ensure consistency in credentialing processes and requirements across the organization.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience working in a Medical Staff Office or related medical staff services environment, including at least two (2) years of leadership experience or demonstrated experience leading complex projects, process improvement initiatives, or project management activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification as a Certified Medical Staff Coordinator (CMSC), Certified Professional in Medical Services Management (CPMSM), Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS), or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
