About The Position

Under the direction of the Imaging Director, this role is responsible for the daily activities of Diagnostic Radiology, CT, MRI, Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, Ultrasound, and Support services. The position ensures the diagnostic quality of procedures and supervises radiology services to enhance the smooth and efficient delivery of medical care to the patient. This role is responsible for all duties associated with the planning and progressive development and operational efficiencies of the assigned area and supports the department staffing plan. It involves coordinating all duties to include internal and external relationships with an emphasis on quality, financial stewardship, personnel, service excellence, growth, and a positive work environment. The Manager is responsible for the development and overseeing of staffing, capital and operating budgets, and future planning for assigned areas. This role coordinates and communicates all technical protocols, training, quality, and procedures related to assigned areas and acts as a technical liaison as needed. The individual is also responsible for ACR accreditation, ODH, and all regulatory compliance for assigned sections. The Manager participates on hospital and department committees and performs other duties as assigned by the Administrative Director, exercising professional judgment in the performance of duties.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Medical Imaging Technology
• Current registry by ARRT, RDMS and/or NMTCB
• Ohio Licensure if applicable
• CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire
• 3 - 5 years of job related experience
• 2 years of multi-modality leadership experience.

Responsibilities
