The Manager, Media Strategy, Growth Marketing is a strategic marketing leader responsible for developing integrated, 360 media strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand growth, and business results across the enterprise. This role partners closely with Marketing Planning teams, business line stakeholders, our media agency of record, and internal Centres of Excellence (Search, Social, Programmatic, Affiliates) to design holistic media approaches grounded in audience insights, channel effectiveness, and performance outcomes. While this role is primarily strategy focused, the ideal candidate has strong familiarity with digital media execution, an understanding of the strengths and limitations of performance channels, and the ability to translate business goals into actionable, channel agnostic media plans. This manager plays a key role in shaping how paid media delivers growth for the organization.
