Leads union and non-union staff across plumbing, steam fitting, HVAC, building automation, and support functions, ensuring safe, compliant, on-time, and cost-effective service delivery. Implements modern technologies and best practices, develops staff through training and career advancement, and ensures clear communication across teams and leadership. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, safety initiatives, policy implementation, budgeting and resource management, risk mitigation, performance reporting, and advising on capital project needs. Requirements

  • Requires an Associate’s Degree
  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in Engineering or related field or completion of a master license/certification program in at least one trade, preferred.
  • Journeyperson license in HVAC/R, Plumbing, or Fitter required; Master’s license in HVAC/R, Plumbing, or Fitter, preferred; CHFM preferred
  • 7 years of related/progressive experience.
  • Equivalency allowed in lieu of education or experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in Engineering or related field or completion of a master license/certification program in at least one trade, preferred.
  • Master’s license in HVAC/R, Plumbing, or Fitter, preferred
  • CHFM preferred
