About The Position
The MDS Manager is responsible for conducting and coordinating the development and completion of the resident assessment (MDS) in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The MDS Manager determines coding to ensure maximum ROI, and submits information to CMS. This position requires excellent communication with interdisciplinary team members, residents, and family members.
Requirements
- Active LPN / RN license.
- Nursing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- 2 years of MDS experience preferred but, not required.
