About The Position
The Manager, MDM Data and Operational Enablement is responsible for managing people, setting operational direction, and ensuring performance outcomes rather than performing routine data processing tasks. This role leads day-to-day MDM operations, ensuring SLA adherence, accuracy, and continuous performance improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Master Data, Business Operations, or Supply Chain
- 3+ years in leadership or people management
- Operations management
- KPI tracking and reporting
- Leadership and coaching
- Issue resolution
- Process optimization
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
- 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Data & Analytics
Responsibilities
- Operational strategy, capacity planning, and SLA ownership
- Leadership, performance management, and workforce oversight
- Escalation management and cross functional issue resolution
- Operational metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement
