As a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable, and efficient climate solutions for buildings, homes and transportation, it's our responsibility to put the planet first. For us at Trane Technologies, and through our businesses including Trane® and Thermo King, sustainability is not just how we do business—it is our business. The Materials Planning Manager is responsible for leading two critical teams that support local purchase parts availability, procurement execution, and purchase order invoice reconciliation. The first team is responsible for sourcing and purchasing locally purchased service parts from suppliers. This includes securing competitive quotes, managing supplier responsiveness, and monitoring the flow of purchased items to ensure material availability, prevent shortages, and support customer service and revenue objectives. The second team, Materials Operations Analysts, is responsible for reconciling and resolving material purchasing activities related to invoice discrepancies. This includes supporting GRNI management, resolving PO invoice discrepancies, and ensuring timely, accurate processing to enable efficient supplier payment and strong financial controls. This is a leadership role requiring a strong leader who can coach and develop talent, manage performance, drive process discipline, and partner effectively across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Retail Planning, BOS, PGT, and field operations. The ideal candidate brings a blend of operational leadership, analytical capability, continuous improvement mindset, and cross-functional influence.
