About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Master Data Management to safeguard our most critical asset: our data. In this role, you will lead a team of data stewards and analysts, bridging the gap between technical IT infrastructure and business goals to drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Data Management, Governance, or Architecture
• 3+ years in a leadership or cross-functional project management capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one key domain: Customer (CDM), Product (PIM), or Vendor (VDM).
• Strong SQL proficiency for querying and validation.
• Experience with major ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Dynamics).
• Proficiency with Data Quality tools (e.g., Talend, Trillium).
• A process-oriented mindset with the diplomacy to negotiate conflicting data ownership and the analytical rigor to ensure total accuracy.
• Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
• Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust MDM framework, defining global data taxonomies, business rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across ERP and CRM platforms.
• Own the "Golden Record."
• Maintain master data lifecycles, lead data cleansing initiatives, and establish Data Quality KPIs to flag anomalies and drive root-cause analysis.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of MDM Analysts and Data Stewards.
• Champion a culture of "Data Literacy" through organizational training and engagement.
