Manager, Marketing (Discovery Cove & Aquatica Orlando) What you get to do: As a marketing manager, you will support Aquatica Orlando and Discovery Cove execute programs that span across all facets of marketing and collaborate closely with other park departments, as well as our corporate partners. You will: Discovery Cove Oversee the Discovery Cove email marketing communications plan in collaboration with the corporate email team - focusing on sales and email acquisition. Drive elevated, visual excellence for the brand in all executions and platforms. Work with in-house creative team to execute campaigns supporting marketing campaigns. Liaison with PR team to fulfill media and influencer visits to the park. Oversee website content, keeping messaging current. Manage planning for photo and video shoots in collaboration with content team. Support Marketing Vice President as needed for additional projects, including annual planning. Partner with Manager of Promotions & Partnerships so that team is aware of park priorities and can deliver relevant engagements and provide execution elements (Creative and/or prizing) Attend weekly Admission Revenue meetings Work with revenue management on retail programs and execution of dynamic pricing programs. Aquatica Orlando Build and maintain ongoing detailed tactical plans (year over year) to ensure we are grounding ourselves in PY learnings and adjusting as needed, as well as making sure all PSC-owned channels have clear direction on what to communicate/prioritize from our park Provide insights and trends for marketing programs to improve performance Be responsible for ensuring all consumer event details are communicated to all marketing disciplines for a consistent consumer facing communication approach (web, email, social, etc.). Serve as a key player in the annual marketing planning process as well as in new capital marketing strategy development, including potential partnerships, promotional extensions, and creative input. Oversee the Aquatica Orlando event email marketing communications plan in collaboration with the corporate email team - focusing on revenue drivers, ongoing list growth, and maintenance. Pass-related e-mails will remain the responsibility of the Pass Team. Oversee website content, keeping messaging current. Stay connected with Marketing Team at Aquatica Texas so big ideas are shared between parks. Nurture a close relationship with Manager of Integrated Marketing to make sure the broader team is in lockstep and delivering on park KPIs. Partner with Manager of Promotions & Partnerships so that team is aware of park priorities and can deliver relevant engagements. Help direct content creators to ensure they are collecting/producing assets for web, email needs Support the Promotions & Partnership team execute media partner revenue-share exclusive events. Attend weekly media status calls (ensuring assets ready for campaign launch); do not have to attend the media performance calls (minimizing duplication) Attend weekly Admission Revenue meetings In addition: Gather and sharing competitive waterpark updates Communicate in-park updates with the marketing team like new in-park ancillary revenue items (merchandise, menu items, etc. Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests Perform other duties as assigned
