About The Position

The Marketing Performance and Analytics Manager will lead the development and management of a comprehensive reporting and performance program for all marketing campaigns across the organization. This includes building scalable systems for performance tracking, managing attribution models, and ensuring data integrity across platforms. In partnership with supporting analysts, the manager will oversee metrics tracking, reporting frameworks, and systems integration efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
  • 3+ years of experience in campaign development and management.
