The Crown Is Yours As a Manager, Marketing Operations & Enablement at DraftKings, you'll drive the evolution of a more data-driven, automated, and scalable marketing ecosystem. You'll partner closely with cross-functional marketing leaders to enhance how campaigns are measured, executed, and optimized across channels. In a fast-paced, high-investment environment, you'll shape the systems, tools, and processes that power performance and unlock smarter decision-making. Your work will directly influence how teams operate today while building the foundation for future growth.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or digital marketing, preferably within a consumer-focused environment.
  • Proven experience evaluating and implementing new technologies, including leading proof-of-concepts and driving adoption.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous or data-limited situations.
  • Hands-on experience with modern marketing tools such as measurement platforms, customer data platforms, analytics tools, and paid media channels; MMPs (e.g., Singular), CDPs (e.g., Hightouch), GA4, paid media platforms (Meta, Snap), and identity solutions (e.g., LiveRamp).
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, including acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders through strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a track record of testing, learning, and improving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing leaders to define and execute a forward-looking marketing operations and measurement strategy.
  • Improve how performance is tracked and understood by building scalable frameworks for attribution, reporting, and insights.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of marketing technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations that influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across marketing technology, enabling teams to adopt best practices and maximize tool capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows, streamline processes, and reduce operational friction across marketing functions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure systems and data flows support acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.
