The Manager, Marketing & Communications, is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing, communication and promotional campaigns. The manager will work with internal and external partners to create and execute marketing materials that drive revenue and brand reputation goals. The manager will develop digital advertising assets to maximize marketing budget and outreach with results-driven strategies. The manager will work within the department budget and messaging calendar, leveraging available digital, social, web and media assets to increase awareness, build brand reputation and drive revenue streams, including ticket, program and Membership sales. A major part of this role will be connecting disparate systems and data sources together to help the marketing team and broader organization understand the effectiveness of marketing tactics across channels and audiences. Additionally, this member will contribute to the many ways the Freedom Center engages audiences across print and digital media, which includes website maintenance and content, social media planning and publication, earned media and paid advertising.
