The Manager, Market Insights is responsible for supporting the execution of competitive research and market intelligence initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Director of BI - Consumer Ecom and Market Insights, this role will manage select projects, collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, and contribute to key insights that drive brand and business strategy. The Manager will assist in developing research materials, managing external vendors, analyzing data, and presenting actionable insights in a clear and compelling way. This individual will be expected to be a thought leader and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners, acting as a trusted source in making strategic connections between broad-based trends and marketplace opportunities. The Manager consistently ensures that work from the team is delivered on time, of high quality, and grounded in clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Beyond execution, this role partners with their superiors to play a key part in continuously improving tools and methodologies. This individual leads by example, showing a strong hands-on and collaborative approach to supporting the business and their team in delivering high-impact work. They are collaborative, proactive, and responsive to the evolving needs of a fast-paced and stakeholder-driven environment.
