Learn more about Inclusion & Diversity at PVH here. About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic finance leader to join our Corporate FPA team. This role is pivotal in driving accuracy, insight, and strategic guidance across the company’s financial operations. You’ll oversee critical processes, work with a talented team, and partner with leaders across the business to ensure we deliver excellence in reporting and support critical decision-making.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years in Accounting/Finance, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail. Proven success managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to see the “big picture” while mastering the details. Strong systems aptitude (SAP, SAC, or similar) and advanced Excel knowledge. Initiative in process improvement and ad hoc analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial operations: Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and forecasting processes for corporate departments, ensuring results are timely, accurate, and aligned with GAAP.
  • Drive insight & accountability: Oversee variance analysis, and risk/opportunity tracking to support strategic decision-making.
  • Shape budgets & forecasts: Guide department leaders through estimates and budget cycles, challenging assumptions and ensuring financial plans are robust and realistic.
  • Provide expertise: Deliver financial guidance to corporate departments and support the Director of Corporate FP&A with financial analyses and special projects. Evaluate investments and calculate ROI to inform business decisions.
  • Innovate: Provide suggestions and input on new processes and drive improvements in old processes as we automate and evolve.
  • Develop talent: Supervise and mentor Financial Analyst, reviewing their work and fostering professional growth.
  • Partner with auditors & compliance: Review audit and quarterly analyses, maintain Sarbanes-Oxley controls, and collaborate with external auditors on deliverables.
