Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.
- 8+ overall years of manufacturing test experience with 3+ years of management experience.
- Extensive expertise in test methods, programs, and test hardware, including design, development, validation, and implementation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing test engineering across the full product lifecycle, optimizing processes, systems, and tools to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
- Coordinate test solution implementation and automation with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal teams.
- Oversee testing facility design, build, and upkeep.
