About The Position

The Manager Manufacturing Engineering provides leadership in implementing the production plan by identifying strategies to improve production and ensuring that quality objectives are being met.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree: Minimum four (4) years of experience in people management.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in field.
• OR Masters Degree: Minimum two (2) years of experience in people management.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategies to improve production
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to production personnel
• Drive productivity improvement initiatives for labor and equipment
• Develop and report out against key performance indicators
• Monitor and ensure financial targets are met
• Root Cause Corrective Action activity management
• Manage the department to ensure the efficient production of the highest-quality products at the lowest cost in meeting customer demands
• Yield Management
