What We Will Do Together… The Manager, Major Gifts is a relationship driven, front-line fundraiser responsible for securing major gifts and corporate partnerships across Canada. As an externally focused “hunter”, they identify new opportunities, open doors, build trust, and move prospects towards transformational philanthropic support. Managing a national portfolio, the Manager, Major Gifts delivers high-touch stewardship that deepens donor connection to the mission and drives meaningful revenue growth. They also engage volunteer leaders and support capital or transformational campaigns as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Success in this role requires confidence in face-to-face fundraising, disciplined pipeline management, regular travel, and a results-oriented approach.
