The Maintenance Manager will support the N3B Maintenance Senior Manager and other Maintenance personnel and oversee and manage scheduling, dispatching, administrative operations, and field oversight of skilled craft personnel. The candidate will ensure that craft work is executed per the current collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and jurisdictional settlements. A thorough understanding of skill sets, tasks, materials and tools of each craft type is essential to this role. The candidate will track and coordinate required training for all craft personnel, work as part of a team in a rapidly changing environment and help develop processes for the effective deployment of craft to maximize efficiency and productivity. 426.2: This position is subject to DOE Order 426.2, Personnel Selection, Training, and Qualification Requirements for DOE Nuclear Facilities, which establishes entry-level requirements to ensure candidates selected for specific positions can successfully perform the requirements of the job.
