Manage the daily operation for the Luxury Services department, ensuring seamlessness in stay regarding high-profile casino and VIP guests. Oversees the FB operations of In Room Dining, In-Villa meal services, as well as overall FB operations of the Baccarat space, wine and liquor selection, and inventory control. Assists with planning and execution of private functions within the Villas, Presidential and Palace suites to include menu selections, pricing and staffing of the event. Partners with the culinary team on the development and implementation of offerings, menu presentations and menu education of the Butlers. Aid with Butler assignments, scheduling, and FTE management (Time-off requests, EOs, and EDOs). Email Hosts and Admins for amenity, food, and beverage approvals during the pre-arrival and stay dates. Ensure all Floral, IRD, and Host amenities are set up in suite prior to guest arrivals and in accordance to the guest profile. Consolidate guest information from the daily shift pass-down, input on guest profile(s), review for accuracy updates, and protect the confidentiality of guest preference profiles within the Department. Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. Perform other job-related duties as requested.
