About The Position

The Lounge Manager ensures service is maintained at the highest standards of luxury through meticulous execution of service protocols and refined professionalism. Providing strategic guidance to staff to consistently deliver sophisticated, curated experiences that exceed the expectations of our most discerning guests.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressive management experience in ultra-luxury hospitality venue(s), preferably at a Michelin-starred establishments, five-star resorts, or premier luxury lounges with annual revenues exceeding a minimum of ten-million dollars or more
  • Demonstrated expertise in wine, spirits, and craft cocktails, preferably with a sommelier certification, mixology credentials, and/or equivalent advanced beverage knowledge highly valued
  • Proven mastery of luxury financial management with exceptional acumen in budget oversight, P&L optimization, and revenue enhancement strategies for high-end establishments
  • Extensive experience delivering service aligned with Forbes Five-Star or Michelin standards, with a distinguished track record of exceeding expectations for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and VIP guests
  • Advanced proficiency in luxury hospitality management systems and premium point-of-sale platforms
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic delegation, and presentation capabilities with the ability to cultivate and inspire high-performance, elite service staff
  • Sophisticated interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, coupled with the discretion and cultural refinement required in exclusive luxury setting
  • Applicants must be twenty-one years of age or above
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any required licensing, certifications, or active work cards

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire staff to deliver refined, curated experiences that reflect Wynn's commitment to luxury hospitality and service excellence for all guests.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with distinguished guests, VIP patrons, celebrities, key influencers, and high-rollers.
  • Manage and mentor staff with excellence; representing Wynn Resorts with professionalism in addressing and resolving staff and guest matters with discretion and sophistication.
  • Uphold the premium vision of Wynn Standards, business objectives, and marketing initiatives in alignment with Beverages' Executive Leaders.
  • Develop comprehensive risk management and mitigation strategies. Maintain all property mandates and standards. Monitor and analyze daily operational reports to ensure luxury service are consistent.
  • Assess staffing requirements, develop strategic operational plans, and identify opportunities for enhanced service delivery and operational growth. Ensure optimal team performance, morale, and productivity are always high.
  • Model exemplary professionalism, refined service standards, and a commitment to excellence that sets the tone for the entire team.
