Sodexo Live!'s Airport Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Operations Manager at our Alaska Airlines Lounges in SeaTac International Airport in Seattle, WA. An oasis away from the airport hustle, our airport lounges have become synonymous for comfort and elegance at major airports throughout the world. The Food and Beverage Operations Manager will have oversight of food and beverage program, including food prep/cooks, bartenders, and food attendants. As Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the club(s)/lounge operations including, culinary standards ordering product, inventory, food and beverage (bar) program training, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with culinary training, monitoring service and complying with Sodexo and our airline client's standards of service. Oversight for foh, bar, and back of house . We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, flexibility and adaptability in a fast and frequently changing environment. Great opportunity for a hospitality-minded individual looking to grow their career What You'll Do Establishes a safe work environment Utilizes Sodexo tools and programs to develop client, customer, and staff relationships, to ensure account retention Implements and fully utilizes all Sodexo tools and programs to ensure financial outcomes Directs daily operations of food service to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources, ensures operating standards and regulatory requirements are met Develops and implements plans, projects, with defined objectives, methods, timetables and budget to support client and Sodexo strategic plan Ensures adherence to all HR standards for Sodexo, client, and regulatory agencies.
