The role manages day-to-day issues and transformational initiatives in the lenses category. Scope includes assortment changes for lenses, introduction or evolution of lens selling tools, training for field and stores, and other projects to support the lens category growth and customer experience with lenses. Requirements

  • BA degree with concentration in marketing, business operations, or related fields
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate
  • Ability to manage big, complicated projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Understanding of lenses and customer experience
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, product management and/or retail marketing

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of lens category across channels, identify and resolve issues for assigned banner(s)
  • Manage lens data and tools required for enabling lens sales, such as SAP lens master data to ensure assortment and pricing accuracy, from requirement definition through to testing and quality assurance in close collaboration with PV operations and systems teams
  • Lead lens project implementation, including content requirements and accuracy for selling tools, training, customer-facing communications, lens related doctor engagement, and others as needed, e.g., lens/lab materials
  • Manage large scale lens initiatives to evolve assortment and/or lens selling practices and tools, e.g., Elevate Lens, Progressives Digitization, Lens Simulator
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and hold partners accountable for work on lens-related topics.
  • Support lens training programs with expertise and content, e.g., Enhancements Training
  • Collaborate with operations, field, vendors and other partners in testing and/or rolling out lenses related initiatives,
  • Assist with lens reporting when necessary
